Incident Management : This includes a ticket management system that enables the hospital staff to log and track incidents. The system will categorize incidents based on their priority level, and the IT staff will respond to them accordingly.

Service Request Management : This process comes with the Service Management Tool will enable the hospital staff to log and track service requests. The system will categorize service requests based on their priority level, and the IT staff will respond to them accordingly.

Change Management : Based on ITIL and COBIT framework, we are capable of change management as the process of tracking and managing a change throughout   from start to closure, with the aim to minimize risk. Setting up a systematic change management process helps the organization implement incident-free changes with a high success rate.
